NewRev AI LLC (referred to in this policy as “NewRev AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides mar keting automation, AI voice and SMS communications, and customer engagement services for home services businesses and partner organizations. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information from indi viduals who interact with our marketing properties, workshop signup forms, websites, SMS programs, and email campaigns. It covers all properties operated under the NewRev AI brand, including the Excellence in AI Workshop signup form and any related landing pages hosted on subdomains of newrevmachine.com, leadconnectorhq.com, or other NewRev AI controlled do mains.
What information does New Rev collect and store?

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Information you provide directly:
• Full name • Email address • Mobile phone number • Business name (where requested) • Workshop signup details and form responses • SMSconsent records and timestamps • Email subscription preferences • Communications you send to us (replies, support requests, inquiries)
Information collected automatically:
• IP address and approximate geographic location • Device type, operating system, and browser identifier • Pages visited, time on page, referral source • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8) • Form submission timestamps • SMSdelivery and reply metadata
Information from third parties:
• Workshop registration data forwarded from partner organizations such as Ascend Brevard, the Florida SBDC at UCF, and the Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program • Public business directory data used for B2B verification
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
• Send workshop confirmation, reminders, and logistical updates • Deliver requested resources, including the placards prompt document and follow up mate rials • Respond to inquiries • Send marketing communications by email (where you have not opted out) • SendSMSmessages, only where you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box • Provide and improve the NewRev AI platform and services • Generate aggregate analytics about workshop attendance and engagement • Comply with legal obligations • Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
4. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
This section applies specifically to text messages sent to your mobile phone number under our A2P 10DLC registered campaigns.
Consent is required. We send SMS messages only if you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box on our form, or by texting us first to start a conversation. SMS consent is separate from email consent and separate from creating a NewRev AI account. You can decline SMSwhile still receiving email, and vice versa.
Message frequency. Frequency varies by program. For workshop signups, you may receive up to 10 messages per month, including reminders, follow ups, and event logistics. For other programs, frequency will be disclosed at the point of opt in.
Message and data rates. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent and received. NewRev AI does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any SMS message from us to unsubscribe from that program imme diately. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send further marketing SMS messages on that program.

Mobile information is not shared. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt in records, and SMS message content are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional pur poses. Theonlypartiesthatreceiveyourmobileinformationaretechnologyvendorsthatoperate our messaging infrastructure on our behalf (see Section 6), and only to the extent necessary to deliver, monitor, and audit messages.
Supported carriers. SMS support is available on all major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circum stances:
Service providers. We use vendors that process information on our behalf to operate our ser vices. These vendors are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to NewRev AI.
Workshop partners. Where a workshop is co produced with a partner organization (for exam ple, the Excellence in AI Workshop produced together with Ascend Brevard, the Florida SBDC at UCF, and the Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program), we may share basic attendance data (name, business name, email, workshop attended) with the partner for their own internal records andreporting. We do not share SMS optin data or mobile phone numbers with workshop partners for marketing purposes.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NewRev AI, our customers, or the public.
Business transfers. If NewRev AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity, subject to this policy

• Workshop signup records: 3 years from signup date • SMS consent and opt in records: retained for the lifetime of the program plus 4 years (required for compliance audit) • Email subscription records: until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months for audit • Marketing analytics: 25 months, or shorter where required by law
You may request earlier deletion by emailing us at the address in Section 11. Some records may be retained beyond your deletion request where required by law or for legitimate fraud prevention.

NewRev AI does not sell personal information. We do not engage in cross context behavioral advertising involving sharing of identified data with outside advertisers. • Portability. Receive a copy of your data in a portable format. • Freedom from retaliation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. Children
NewRev AI services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
